We only offer U.S. shipping
Order Processing:
All orders take 5-7 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) to process. This is standard processing time for
any orders placed. However, during promotions or extenuating circumstances, orders make take additional time to
process.

All orders are finalized once placed. Please ensure all information entered is correct before finalizing your purchase.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping addresS. Any
requests for address or order changes will be considered but NOT GUARANTEED. Please email
bodybybelle@yahoo.com within 24 hours of purchase date for any change requests.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking for 24-48 hours
after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do to see tracking
information please contact us at bodybybelle@yahoo.com .

WE use USPS for shipping, which takes 3-5 business days for domestic (U.S. ORDERS). DUE TO COVID 19,
packages my be delayed. Please be patient. We want you to receive your product just as much as you do.

Once your package has left our office and is in USPS hands, BODY BY BELLE WILL NOT be responsible for any
damaged, lost or stolen items. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses. BODY BY BELLE IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/ STOLEN SHIPMENTS. If your tracking says delivered, but you did not receive it,
please contact USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) at the following number 1(800) 275-8777

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please understand that our system prints our shipping labels according to what the customer placed on their shipping
and billing information. Our fulfillment team processes the orders right away.
If you enter an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to
change your address. If your package is sent to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in
order for us to resend your package. If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once
the item is in the possession of USPS, please contact USPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned,
lost, or miss sent packages. Please contact USPS to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping

information.
